Please include your system specifications such as processor speed and type, RAM, video card, Direct X version, operating system, etc. You can also just send the information from a DXDiag output file. To do this, run DXDiag through run in the start menu. At the bottom of the window that appears, there is a button listed as "Save All Information.". Click this button and save the file. Open the saved file (be sure to look where it was saved to), copy all the information and paste it into the space below.
